How to exchange

Step 1: Go to the https://www.comehome.com.vn page.

Step 2: Choose My Account -> Order History. Choose the Order you want to exchange, then click View Order -> Exchange Request. 

Step 3: Select the reason from the drop-down menu and fulfill other requirements.
Note: We will charge an exchange fee of typically 15% of the total order value if there are not any product defects. 

Step 4: Select the product and the quantity you want to exchange. Then, upload the image of the product.

Step 5: Choose Send Request and wait for our reply. 
*If the product you’re exchanging costs more than your original purchase, we won’t refund you the difference. However, if the new product costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference.
