How to shop

Step 1: Access the COME HOME E-commerce Website through the link https://www.comehome.com.vn

Step 2: Select the city/province for delivery.

Step 3: Choose the product category you want to purchase from the homepage.

Step 4: Browse, view, and select the desired products to add to your shopping cart.

Step 5: Easily adjust the quantity of the selected products on the product detail page (adjustable in the shopping cart).

Step 6: Review the shopping cart with the selected products before proceeding. Choose to change (add/remove) products in the shopping cart according to your preferences.

Step 7: After clicking "Buy Now," the screen will proceed to the delivery information page.

• Delivery Information: Customers fill in the delivery information and address (if the customer is not registered on the website) or choose a default address/add a new address (if the customer has registered on the website).
• Select Delivery Time: Customers choose the most convenient date and time for delivery. If there are products that require measurement and installation, customers can choose the service and the corresponding measurement and installation time.

Step 8: After clicking "Next," the screen will proceed to the payment method selection page. There are two options: Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment through VNPAY using QR Code/Local ATM Card/International Payment Card.

Step 9: After successful payment, the website will redirect to the Successful Order Placement screen

Payment Methods

We offer flexible and secure payment methods for customers shopping on our website, with three options: Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Payment via VNPAY, and Installment Payment via VNPAY.

I. Cash on Delivery (COD):

After receiving and checking the products in the order, customers can make the payment in cash to us or our authorized agent. We only accept COD for orders with a total value below fifty million VND (50,000,000 VND). The COD payment process is as follows:

• Step 1: Customers place an order by selecting the desired products and then clicking "Buy Now" on the Cart page.
• Step 2: Customers provide delivery information and choose the Cash on Delivery payment method.
• Step 3: The website redirects to the Successful Order Placement screen.

*Note: When customers choose COD payment, we only accept cash payments and do not accept bank transfers/card swipes.

II. Online Payment via VNPAY

Payment methods through VNPAY:

1. Payment through VNPAY- QRcode

Step 1: Customers select products, services, and choose to Pay Now or Place Order.

On the payment page, please double-check the ordered products, fill in the complete recipient information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click "Order Now."

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application" method.

Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the amount to be paid. Customers double-check this amount. Using the supported banking application (as listed), choose "Scan QR Code" and scan the QR code on the payment website screen.

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.

To ensure a successful payment process, customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the conditions and steps to scan the code on their phone in advance, avoiding any time-related issues that could affect the payment and customer's promotion code.

Step 4: Check the information, enter the discount code (if available), and complete the payment.

After completing the payment, customers will receive a confirmation notification of a successful order placement on the website.

2. Payment through "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts"

Step 1: Customers select products, services, and choose to Pay Now or Place Order.

On the payment page, please double-check the ordered products, fill in the complete recipient information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click "Order Now."

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts" method and select the desired bank card from the list.

Step 3: Customers need to enter the required card/account information and click "Continue." An OTP code will be sent to the registered phone number. Enter the OTP code to complete the transaction.

*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 4: After completing the payment, customers will receive a confirmation notification of a successful order placement on the website

3. Payment through "International Payment Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)"

Similar to the payment method "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts"

4. Payment through "VNPAY E-wallet"

Similar to the payment method "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application"

III. Installment Payment via VNPAY

Step 1: Customers select products and place an order on the COME HOME website. In the payment method selection section, customers choose VNPAY Installment Payment and then click "Proceed to Installment."

Step 2: Customers choose the card-issuing bank/financial institution and one of the credit cards branded MasterCard | VISA | JCB - WITHOUT "Debit/Prepaid" written on it.

Step 3: Customers choose the type of card and select the installment term. The website will display information about the amount to be paid in each installment period. Customers double-check this information and then click "Pay Now."

Step 4: After successfully registering for the installment payment, Come Home will proceed with the delivery according to the appointment schedule.

*Note: Within a maximum of 7 days, the system will automatically convert to installment payment. The bank will notify the result of the installment conversion via a message. In the case of a failed installment conversion, Come Home will not cancel the order, and customers are kindly requested to work directly with the bank to resolve the issue.
