COME HOME DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY POLICY
I. Delivery Policy
- We will prepare the Products/Items that the Customer has purchased at the store/location within our system, which the Customer has chosen to receive after receiving a SUCCESSFUL ORDER CONFIRMATION sent by Us on the Website.
- Within the limits allowed by law, We will notify the Customer in case of delayed preparation of the items. In the event that the customer does not agree, they have the right to cancel the order and will not incur any costs.
- If the order has been delivered to the designated address but the delivery was unsuccessful (due to the customer requesting a reschedule or being unreachable), we will contact you again within 1-2 days. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be required to prepay the shipping fee to request a third delivery, as per the instructions provided by Come Home customer service.
- Customers should keep the delivery receipt carefully to fulfill any necessary requirements with Us, such as exchange requests, and so on.
- When placing an order through the comehome.com.vn E-commerce website, if the Customer checks and discovers any dissatisfaction with the Product/Item, the Customer can request an exchange on the E-commerce website or contact the support hotline. The E-commerce website will effectively and thoroughly handle the Customer's request, protecting the Customer's rights.
- Instructions and requirements regarding the inspection of the Product/Item can be found on the Website, under the Services -> Exchange policy section.
- We package the Products/Items in our standard packaging. In some cases, for bulk or oversized items, we may reuse the packaging provided by the Manufacturer/Supplier to deliver to the Customer. If the Customer requests alternative packaging, We may accept this request, and the Customer will be required to pay additional fees (if applicable).
- Some Products/Items, before being stocked, will undergo quality inspections to ensure the integrity of the Product/Item without any impact or technical interference inside.
- Any complaints related to the Product/Item must be made by the Customer within 30 days from the date of receiving the product (refer to the Exchange policy page for details).
- For orders with products that require installation, We will send a delivery personnel first, followed by a technician for installation. Delivery Time COME HOME will deliver within the time frame of 9:00-22:00 or within the operating hours of the delivery vehicles from Monday to Sunday (excluding holidays).
*Currently, COME HOME does not commit to specific delivery times for each order. In the event that customers desire expedited and flexible delivery according to individual schedules, please contact our Hotline at 1900 9101 or our Come Home Fanpage (Facebook/Zalo) to select the option of delivery by private motorcycle/truck (costs and additional fees will be communicated to customers afterwards).
Delivery area: Nationwide delivery
1. Standard Nationwide Delivery Fees:
- For orders delivered within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi metropolitan areas with a weight exceeding 50kg, delivery fees will be applied as per the table in section 2 below. For orders weighing over 1700kg, please contact our hotline or Come Home Fanpage for detailed information.
- For orders delivered to provinces with a weight exceeding 150kg, please contact our hotline or Come Home Fanpage for detailed information.
- Weight is calculated based on the actual weight of the product or may be converted from the product's CBM

II. Furniture Installation Policy
1. Furniture Installation Time
If an order includes products that require installation and the Customer wants to use COME HOME installation services, the Customer can select the Installation service option on the delivery information page and choose the desired installation date and time. COME HOME offers 5 time slots for furniture installation (except kitchen cabinets) as follows:
- 9:00 - 13:00
- 11:00 - 15:00
- 13:00 - 17:00
- 16:00 - 20:00
- 18:00 - 22:00
2. Furniture Installation Fees:

III. Kitchen Cabinet Installation Policy
How to purchase kitchen cabinets:
Customers can visit the website https://comehome.com.vn/khao-sat-mat-bang to view COME HOME's kitchen cabinet design samples, information about wood, stone surfaces, kitchen accessories, etc., or contact the hotline 19009101 for direct consultation. If the Customer agrees,
Step 1: Site survey
A consultant will guide the Customer to schedule an appointment and pay the site survey fee. A Come Home staff member will visit the Customer's home according to the appointment to measure the kitchen dimensions, electrical and water connections, etc., to create an accurate drawing for the Customer.
Available site survey time slots:
Customers can schedule an appointment at least 2 days from the date of booking and paying the site survey fee, from Monday to Saturday, during the following time slots:
08:00 - 11:00
11:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 17:00
Site survey fee: calculated based on the distance from the COME HOME store to the customer's home

Step 2: Consultation and design
- Come Home's design consultant will provide free consultation and design for the Customer and assist in making up to 3 revisions according to the Customer's preferences.
- After 3 revisions, if the Customer is satisfied, please confirm the drawing and price list via email.
Step 3: Placing an order and payment
- A COME HOME staff member will contact the Customer to place the order, schedule the delivery and installation of the kitchen cabinet system. Then, send a link/QR code to guide the Customer for online payment.
Step 4: Construction and handover
- COME HOME staff will deliver and install the kitchen cabinet system according to the agreed schedule.
- After the installation is completed, COME HOME staff will send an acceptance record and hand over the complete kitchen cabinet system to the Customer for confirmation and signing.
Kitchen Cabinet Installation Time
The earliest installation time for the kitchen cabinet system is 2 days. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday, starting from 8:00 to 17:00. Each day, a maximum of 2 kitchen cabinet assembly orders will be accepted.
Come Home offers 2 time slots for kitchen cabinet installation for customers as follows:

Kitchen Cabinet Installation Fees:
The installation fee for the kitchen cabinet system is 10% of the total value of the products in the "Kitchen Cabinet System" category (StorageXHome).
